Softstuff Consulting Ltd is the trading name of Ian Blair a CRM developer/consultant with over 25 years experience in CRM, and over 10 years experience with Dynamics 365, or as it was known way back in the mists of time Microsoft CRM 4.0. In that time I have worked on projects large and small, for multi-nationals and one man bands across lots of industry sectors, designing systems, developing and building additional functionality in the form of plugins and workflows, additional screens, and integrations to third party systems.
The projects have been varied and interesting, like automatically generating information for travel status for a transport operator for travellers on Facebook, Twitter and scheduled email alerts. I have created more plugins than I want to count, and linked Dynamics365 and earlier versions to a vast range of external systems including library book systems, social care systems, railway ticketing systems and even built systems to collect direct debits and automatically receive payments and manage customer contracts.
I fluently speak C#, SQL in various flavours, HTML, XML, JavaScript and there are other languages I am a little rusty in like Java, C++ and even Pascal and Cobol. I fully understand and can integrate with code hosted in Azure, or Amazon S3, and can even manage my own network and desktop PCs.
If you have a Dynamics CRM system, or are a Dynamics365 reseller and have an interesting project you might like some assistance on, then please send me a message and perhaps I can help.
